 Here’s A Taste Of What We Offer

Somatic Based Fitness Classes, Creative Movement, Ballet, Ballroom and more…. Classes for children, teens and adults. What makes us different? We use a somatic based approach to all our private and group classes.  We teach you how to  move mindfully with awareness and attention to your body. Keep checking back  as we continue to add engaging dance and somatic movement classes

SOMATIC MOVEMENT FITNESS 

     Using a variety of movement modalities, dynamic imagery and visualizations, dance and energy work learn to tap into your body intelligence. Create new neural pathways and movement patterns to help improve activities of daily living (ADL), pain management, increase range of motion (ROM), improve sleep patterns, enhance social activity and interpersonal relationships. BALLROOM DANCING FOR BODY AND MIND

     Ballroom dancing is more than learning step patterns. It’s a life skill. Learn how to dance with a partner, and learn more about yourself in the process. Social dancing is fun and great exercise. Learn to Swing, Tango, Rumba, Foxtrot, Salsa plus more. Come with or without a partner.

A  MOVING EXPERIENCE FOR CHILDREN 

      A fun somatic creative movement & dance program for children of all ages.  Movement helps to improve cognitive and physical development while developing imagination

 BALLET for Body, Mind, Spirit

     Be your best dancer. This somatic based approach to ballet offers something for everyone from the beginner to the more advanced dancer. Learn to move more mindfully, with ease and grace while building new neural pathways to help improve body tone, strength, and flexibility all in a relaxed, fun and supportive environment.
